Deal of the week: Klaus FY Family (10 Styles) + Bonus Serafine font!

"This high-quality and professional font family is a humanistic sans-serif with 5 weights, 10 different styles, and a slew of OpenType features including ligatures, alternates, small caps and more. It sports excellent readability no matter the size"

Klaus FY, a new humanistic sans serif typeface. Fairly condensed, slightly contrasts and particularly terminals, Klaus FY offers a good legibility in all text sizes. Its broken ductus reminds of blackletter shapes and gives this family a very singular and modern style.

*FREE BONUS: Serafine FY Font

As an added bonus to this Mighty Deal, you’ll also get the elegant and slender Serafine FY font, at no extra cost. While it is reminiscent of a brave Didone, it affords much more latitude to all of its condensed letterforms. The drawn-out point of the “i” and loads of other lightly rounded endings give it a truly tender touch. It truly performs best in big text sizes.

To check the full deal and purchase the fonts, proceed to the Mighty Deals website!

Studio Band   |   http://studioband.com.au

"2013 marked the first year that the Architecture and Interior Architecture diploma program shared a graduate exhibition. We were engaged to create event graphics and the exhibition book. The name ‘Two Fold’ was developed not only to represent the notion of the two courses combining but also to show how the two work side-by-side within the industry. Half-folded paper and a two-toned colour palette were used to communicate this visually. Each colour was used to separate and identify the two books; these were then encased in a hand-folded wrap which, when unfolded, formed the exhibition poster."

Band is a design and digital development studio based in Adelaide, Australia. They focus on the creation and development of dynamic and unique graphic solutions that engage and help connect brands with their audience. Their aim is to work closely with their clients so that they can form relationships that allow them to properly understand their goals. These valued relationships enable them to deliver thoughtful, intelligent and strategic solutions that maintain a high level of execution and integrity.

Tsto  |   http://tsto.org

"With Vuoden Huiput we wanted to experiment with the in many ways unpredictable nature of crowdsourcing and automated workflow. Together with a programmer Juhani Pelli we created an application that transformed any written word or sentence into a rebus, an allusional device that uses pictures to represent words or parts of words. Homonyms are rare in Finnish language, therefore the rebus is constructed from a list of some 5000 words with the most used syllables and matched with an image search result from Google."

Tsto is a graphic design agency focusing on visual concepts and art direction. Our approach is thorough and hands-on. We tackle an assignment by first taking it apart to its bare essentials, and then building it in a new way that best serves the purpose. This philosophy lets us go deeper than the surface, to the hidden core of each case. Tsto was founded by Johannes Ekholm, Jonatan Eriksson, Inka Järvinen, Matti Kunttu, Jaakko Pietiläinen and Antti Uotila.
